Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Fantasy Draught is run by On Premise Sports LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and who can see it. It covers guests who play at a venue, venues that use the service, and visitors to onpremisesports.com.
1. What we collect
From guests who play:
- Your phone number, to text you a one-time 6-digit code and to recognize you the next time you play.
- A display name you choose.
- Your play: the games you join, the team and position you’re assigned, your points, and the rewards you unlock and redeem (with the table and time).
- Distance from the venue, if you allow location. When you join, your browser may ask to share your location. If you allow it, we use it only to work out roughly how far you are from the venue at that moment. We keep that distance, not your coordinates, and we don’t use it to block you from playing. If you decline, you can still play.
- Technical information. Your browser stores a sign-in token and a few settings on your device so you stay signed in. Our servers record standard technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
We send one text with your verification code. We don’t send marketing texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
From venues: business name, address, email, phone number, a password (stored only in scrambled form), a staff PIN (also scrambled), and your game and reward settings. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t see or store your full card number.
From website visitors: onpremisesports.com uses Google Analytics to count visits, which sets cookies and records things like pages viewed, device type, and approximate location. If you use the contact forms, they open your own email app, so we only receive what you choose to send.
2. How we use it
- To run the game: verify your phone, assign your slot, score the game, and unlock and redeem rewards.
- To give venues the totals they need to run their program.
- To bill venues, support users, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
- To understand how the website and service are used so we can improve them.
We don’t sell your personal information.
3. Who can see it
- The venue you play at sees your display name next to a reward code when you redeem, plus counts and totals about its guests. Venues do not see your phone number.
- We can access the information to run and support the service.
- Service providers that help us run it, only for that purpose: Twilio (text codes), Ably (live score updates), Stripe (venue payments), Resend (emails to venues), Fly.io (hosting), and Google Analytics (website visits).
- Others when required: if the law requires it, to protect people’s safety or our rights, or if our business is sold or merged.
4. How long we keep it
We keep guest and venue information while the service is active and as long as we reasonably need it for our records, security, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 5).
5. Your choices
- Access or delete your information. Email getinthegame@onpremisesports.com from the contact you used, or tell us the phone number you play with, and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm it’s really you first.
- Location. You can decline the browser’s location request and still play.
- On your device. You can sign out or clear your browser’s site data to remove the sign-in token.
- Website analytics. You can block cookies or use your browser’s privacy tools or Google’s opt-out to limit analytics.
6. Security
Connections to our sites are encrypted, and venue passwords and staff PINs are stored in scrambled form. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
7. Children
Fantasy Draught is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
8. Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above. Questions? Email getinthegame@onpremisesports.com.
